Tireness Causes - What Could They Be?

Have you been wondering what on Earth could leave you feeling so tired all the time? Well it’s not an easy question to answer, your tiredness causes could be a number of things. So to help you today I have something that you can try. This may or may not be the root cause of your problems but it is no-doubt contributory so it’s worth a go.

When you are looking for tiredness causes you may want to look no further than your kitchen cupboard. The problem is that when you are really tired and exhausted your body will crave sugary or salty snacks. The foods you are likely to go for are exactly the ones that your body doesn’t need right now – tea, coffee, chocolate, alcohol, crisps, cakes etc – you get the idea.

The tiredness causes you to have cravings for the food that your body can’t cope with. To process these artificial foods your body had to work harder. What happens when we work harder? That’s right – we get tired. And then what happens? We feel exhausted and low again and the tiredness causes our body to crave some more, and so the cycle continues.

Why not try something different today? Try eating nuts or seeds, or drinking fresh water. Do this BEFORE you get too hungry and then your body won’t even be in distress. Just think how tired your poor little body gets, and how exhausted you feel by the time you shovel down that cream bun. So don’t let it get that far. Eat little and often, and THE RIGHT FOODS.

Watch my 'tiredness causes' video for more information.

Good luck

Kate :)
